March is paid!!!

The house is right across the street from campus and has a small private backyard. The room available has its own bathroom and one closet. It comes with a washer/dryer. The lease ends 07/17/2023 and the landlord is the best I’ve ever had. Takes care of issues immediately and communicates often, I have no complaints being his tenant! Security deposit is what I paid, you would take that over when you take over my portion of the lease.

Two girls currently occupy the upstairs bedrooms, they’re in their early twenties and both very clean. They both enjoy the outdoors, cooking and having friends over on occasion. You would be paying a little more than them for the downstairs room. One girl is in charge of getting everyone’s payment for utilities, one is in charge of sending the rent to the landlord and getting wifi payments from everyone. Wifi is 55 total, utilities are usually 70-90/person. I am moving home due to finishing school, but it’s been the best place to live right across from campus AND so close to sewell!
