The rooms are bigger than most condos and it’s a full kitchen and dining room and living room. 2 bedroom and 2 full bath. Laundry room and patio. 4th floor top level. Central Broward , yet walking around the grounds you wouldn’t know that. 2 swimming pools and club house, sauna and hot tub too. Small ponds with walkways. Plenty of parking. There is security but it’s not gated. I’m a USCG VETERAN and I appreciate a hassle free environment.
About the roomies
No other roommates. It’s just myself and I love to cook and don’t have a problem sharing it. Easter will be lasagna.
