WIFI included, provided by comcast, 1200gbps plan, can have Ethernet ran to your room if needed. no cable, bring your favorite streaming services or piggy back off what i have already. power, gas and water included Newley built deck with grill and fire pit you are free to use, hammock mounts under deck also. Oversized fridge, secondary drink and wine fridge. Instant pot and coffee makers you can use. Security cameras you will be given access to. Smart lights in all common areas you will be granted access to.

Just me the owner, 27 years old male, straight. work full time, laid back, quiet, easy to get along with, basement has been converted into a office space for myself. have guests over only a few times a month, leave for work at ~430am and get home at ~3pm in bed by 10pm. Home still slowly being renovated, majority of work in common spaces complete, might paint during your stay that would be your biggest temporary issue to work around me with. House is relatively well kept cleaning wise, not going to harass you over some dirty dishes left out. Just get to them eventually. Biggest and basically only rule: Absolutely zero drugs in the home, including weed. Work a federal job, it is illegal on federal level and I just honestly hate the smell.
