Come stay at our private Master bedroom suite! If you are an individual look for lots of space or a couple this is for you ! This is a room for rent in a private home. Landlord not on site but home share with 3 other roommates. All roommates have passed background checks and are working adult professionals.

Room is equipped with privacy lock on door, King sized bed, 2 bed side tables, 2 dresser, a large flat screen TV, 2 walk in closets, A private master spa bath with walk in shower, tub, his/ her sinks and separate vanity! The house has a huge industrial size shared fridge, fully furnished kitchen. The backyard is fenced and furnish with a fireplace. Animals approved on a case by case situation.

You also have garage access for one car, and a mini gym! An elliptical available in room as well as a wt bench and treadmill in the garage for use!

My Husband and I own the property but do not live there. The caretaker for the property is our cousin Pat who lives on the property. In total there are 3 roommates, Currently it is 3 males all who are working professionals who keep to themselves
