Brittany's room

Top floor apartment with a great view. Access to pool, gym, business center, yoga/dance studio, snack shop, in unit washer dryer and dishwasher. I have two cats. I would prefer no additional pets so the animals won’t stress each other out. I am 35 in a relationship. Very laid back environment. There is also a balcony in the apartment. Access to bocci ball court, grills and out door relaxation area.

My current roomate is moving out (no bad blood between us) I am not sure his exact move out date but I assume with in the next 2 or 3 months. I work a lot and try to keep the apartment clean. I clean about 2x a week. My current roomate has told me I am a great roomate.
