Stephen's room

You will have full use of the loft as well as a spare bedroom. The bathroom will be shared as well as kitchen. No pets as there is already a friendly dog and cat here. There is a doggy door they can go out as they please. Non smoker,I smoke but only on back porch. No overnight guests/ parties.

I’d prefer females only because you tend to be cleaner/ neater. I am a single male age 47. I have my own separate living room and bedroom on other side of house. Very quiet but the dog tends to howl at every ups truck! You’ll need a verifiable income. Must be clean and reliable. We’ll share utilities, Internet is included. So water and electric will be split.
