Hi! My name is Sarah. I live on Plum Island in Newbury, MA with my dog. The house is a three bedroom one-story house with a living room with wood-burning fireplace, sun room, kitchen with a dishwasher, and a HUGE outdoor front and back patio surrounded by trees. Washer & dryer in the house, plenty of storage in the garage and spare room you as well as plenty of parking. Eight cars can easily fit in the driveway, so parking is not a problem. Flexible move-in date. Small outdoor amphitheatre-ish space with a grill if you want to have get-togethers at the house. Under 5 min walk to a long beautiful beach and a 5 min walk to wildlife refuge/bird sanctuary. Easy 5-10 walk to convenience stores and restaurants on the island. Newburyport is a 5 min drive, Boston a 50 min drive and Portsmouth s a 30 min drive. Newburyport has a commuter rail station providing an easy rise to the city. Open to living with any gender, but prefer to live with someone between the ages of 30 and 45. We would split utilities: internet, heat (oil), electricity, trash removal ($20/month) and water. I’m a 34 year old female who lives with my dog, Tuukka. I work from home as a mental health counselor and love what I do for work! I’m a vegetarian, but don’t care if you eat meat. I like to do yoga, go for walks on the beach, and spend time with friends and family. My partner, Jeff, comes to visit one weekend a month and I go to stay with him a couple of weeks out of the month, so you’ll have the house to yourself half the month. I’m a social introvert who likes to go bed and rise early, but totally open to having people over.
