About the room
Looking for a roommate who is clean and nice, females only. I currently have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Palm Beach Preserve that is 852 sq ft and will be needing a roommate for the second room. I do have a cat who is friendly but shy at first. I am working nights at an er facility for animals and will need someone who will be either quite or not working from home since I will be sleeping during the day 3 days a week.
