Hello! This room is located in inner Richmond and is a huge (150 square foot) bedroom with a private bathroom, backyard access, balcony, heating system, and big closet. Perfect for USF students as it is a quick walk to campus. This room is located off the kitchen with thin walls so anyone interested must be ok with occasional noise coming from kitchen when people are cooking etc. Please message me with any questions or to learn more! All of the roommates are USF students and going into their third year. Very sweet and warm people who love to socialize as a house. We often cook big delicious meals and also value a clean space very much. We are 4/20 friendly but we don’t smoke inside!
