My home is a 2021 modular home at Clover Leaf Farms in Brooksville. It is a quiet neighborhood with a pool. The room that I am offering has a bathroom in the hallway that would be offered as your private area also. Internet, cable, water, sewage is provided. Groceries and personal items are not included. There is a twin bed in the room now but that can be moved if you have a bed that you want to bring. Laundry machines are also within the home for your convenience.

I am a 65 year old female, needing a roommate to offset the costs of my living expenses. I do not work and only have my social security income so I’m home all day. I keep a clean house and have a little yorkie named Bella to keep me company.
