I’m looking to rent a house in Broomfield with another single mom with kid or kiddos. I’m tired of renting apartments that are outrageous and would rather get a big house. If anyone is interested please lmk! Must have had job for long time and be reliable for rent. Down to rent a 4 bedroom if we can both afford it, there are some nice 4 bedroom houses or 3 bedrooms with huge basements. We can figure it out 😃
About the roomies
Single mom, full time job in same industry for 10 years and also in school! I love to have fun, BBQs and host stuff! Cannabis friendly but would need to be garage or outside. Don’t want to live with someone who is up tight, just a single mom like me who has their life together and also doesn’t mind get together a sometimes.
