The community has 3 rooftops, a we-work space, a huge lounge, movie theatre, an indoor and outdoor gym.

We are right in the heart of Hollywood near Hollywood and highland as well so you can literally walk to the Hollywood walk of fame and all the cool stuff in the city.

Monthly rent is $ 1999. All utilities are included with the rent. Deposit is $ 500 ( for damage insurance of room)

Utilities included; water, electric, central air and heating, wifi, gas. Beautiful, safe and quiet.
