2-floor unit in need of a second occupant (I am the other one). 2 side-by-side parking spots in a private garage (this is rare for the price and location). Large kitchen with lots of countertop space and modern appliances. Large deck on upper floor. Unit is a 5-minute walk to the beach, a 2-minute walk to the Greenbelt (woodchip trail that goes from Redondo to Manhattan), and a 15-minute walk to the Hermosa pier, full of nightlife, restaurants, and shops. 15-minute drive to I-405. No preference on gender. Landlord does not allow animals.

I enjoy running, hiking, biking, golf, skiing - anything in the outdoors. I work in El Segundo most days. I clean the apartment on a regular basis (vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
