Renting a medium sized unfurnished bedroom with closet in a 2 bedroom one bathroom first floor end unit apartment in a small 10 unit apartment building complex (may possibly be able to help with furnishings if needed). It’s in a great highly sought after location in downtown Naples close to everything, within walking/biking distance to the beach and even 5th Avenue, very close to NCH hospital downtown. There is a small laundry facility for tenant use on site and parking for one person/vehicle.

Seeking a roommate approximately mid 20s to mid 40s male or female, non-smoker, absolutely no drugs of any kind, non-partier, zero drama, no heavy drinkers (a little beer/wine/champagne is okay), little or no company, you must have stable full-time employment with income verification to pay rent and your half of utilities as well as able to pass a background check. May possibly allow a dog if it’s friendly and well trained. There is a one-time pet fee if so of $300 (this is not reoccurring month-to-month).
