Isaac's room

The apartment is part of a super clean, super new property (I was actually one of the first ever tenant in our unit). It’s an upstairs unit with a good sized living/dining area, a small kitchen with a dishwasher. We do have cute little balcony. There will be a washer/dryer in unit as well once I’m able to pick it up. We have most furnishings like a couch, tv (with a roku, Wii U, and ps4), dining table and chairs, etc.
The bedroom is roughly 10x12 and has lots of closet space. The bathroom is shared, I keep it clean and tidy.

We’re both very laid back, tidy, and non-confrontational people. Neither of us make much mess or noise. I’d say we’re both chill and open-minded too, you don’t have to worry about us judging you or anything. My name is Isaac, I’m 22 (white and bi if that matters), I’m a graphic design student at cscc, and I work 8-6 as a mechanic. I like to cook, play Mario Kart, chillax, etc. Ashleigh is my other roommate (also 22, white, and bi), she’s a vet tech with hours kinda all over the place. She does have two rats (named soup and salad) who I think are super cute) that stay in her room.
