3 roomates total: 1 currently there with docile cats kept mostly in their room. One cat allowed per tentant.
2 rooms to choose from currently. We have tall dresser and nightstand to help furnish if needed.
Shared: bathroom (with one other person), living room, kitchen, laundry room, and dining area.
Utilities and internet are included
Large porch, designated parking, open and spacious neighborhood and area. It’s very quiet and peaceful. We want to keep it that way.
Background check will be conducted, and we need at least two referrals who are preferrably not related.
Interviews will be set up to go over lease agreement and occupancy will be discussed.
$600 monthly with $300 deposit. $100 pet deposit if needed for one cat.
