Lexington Avenue

Room comfortably fits full/queen sized bed and dresser. Has a window and a closet with bathroom just across the hall. The room next to it could be used as office space if you work from home. Kitchen and living room are shared spaces. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement which is also shared. There is also a back yard with a nice deck space that is also shared.

House would be shared with myself, my dog, and one other person. I am easy going but, not to be taken advantage of. I clean up after myself. My dog is still a puppy but she is well trained and house broken and has not been allowed in the vacant rooms since she has been here. Both my current roommate and I are into music. I do some audio production on the side of my regular job. That being said I use my headphones most of the time so no need to worry about your sleep getting interrupted by that. I don’t think I’m a hard person to get along with at all I’m pretty easy going. The other person living in the house lives in the room in the basement. He’s respectful of other peoples things and is also pretty easy to get along with as well. We both work so we are not in the house all day usually.
