Laidy's room

The home is a 4 bedroom two story house. Two bedrooms are occupied by landlord and family (a couple and a 5 year old). There is a dog on property (he stays on the first floor). All rooms are on the second floor. We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks. We expect roommates to clean every other week.

Utilities (water, gas, electric included). Parking not available in the driveway, only the curb.

Security deposit and background check required.

We are looking for a single person without pets.

There will be another roommate on the 4th bedroom. Bathroom is shared between one roommate.
