Hi!

I own a 3bd/2ba house and currently only use the two rooms on the top floor. My basement is fully renovated, and there is a large empty room that I completely don’t use. Huge closet and en-suite large, private bathroom. You would have your own entrance and on-street.There is also a storage room that I only use part of that can be used if you need to store stuff!

The neighborhood is very safe, and everyone is friendly. I have a large yard, a patio and porch, and also a cute dog named Frankie.

This is an up-and-coming neighborhood right by Hyde Park, and centrally located.

I own the house and work from home, but I do travel occasionally for work. I have regular work hours and love to watch movies, cook, take my dog on walks, and hangout with friends.

I’m pretty quiet, and a night owl. The entire house is mostly, albeit sparsely furnished aside from the bedroom + bathroom. After work, I usually workout, eat dinner and watch some TV or read.

You would be responsible for half of the electric, gas, & water, which in total are $150-$190 a month. It varies depending on the season but in general, this house is less expensive on all scales! Internet, trash & recycling are all included.

I’m looking for a relatively quiet, organized, kind roommate who is around my age. Frankie loves people, so I need a roommate who is a dog person and won’t mind if he wants hangout with you. Splitting chores for common areas would be amazing, as I imagine the living areas being shared!

4/20 friendly, but smoking (aside from vaping) is outside only just so the smell doesn’t sink into furniture! Oh - also feel free to paint your spaces and decorate however you wish! The yellow paint came with the house. 🤣 I was planning on painting the downstairs the same color as the upstairs, and I have some paint if you want that color!
