Northstar Way

This is a 3 bedroom apartment at the Camden apartments in San Marcos, CA by San Elijo. There are awesome amenities such as a pool, hot tub, gym, and more. Washer and dryer are in unit plus there’s a shared balcony🥳. The community is gated and very safe. The bathroom is shared with 2 other people (a couple), it’s a double sink so one of the sinks is “yours”. Utilities are split between every one and they usually don’t end up being over $75 a month for me. You would be taking over my lease that will be having a year left on (so proof of income will be needed) and I am needing to have someone move in/ pay rent June 1st. Couples are welcome however, the monthly rent would increase $100 ($1,150).

In the other 2 rooms they are occupied by couples. Every one is very communicative, clean, and laid back. We usually have the occasional get together that you are welcome to join but it’s always talked about in advance to make sure it’s not disruptive to anyone’s schedule. Most of the roommates are gone during the day at work. There are 3 dogs and 1 bird that also live here so we are at capacity for dogs (a cat that stays in the room is okay) The dogs stay in the owners rooms if they are not home though.
