Gorgeous city/oceanview home in Scripps Ranch. I actually have two rooms available but I’m only seeking one renter. Furnished room is about 450sqft with bathroom across the hall that is exclusively yours, walk-in closet and full bedroom set. Balcony facing the street. Unfurnished room is about 325sqft large standard closet with sliding doors. Your choice $2500. All utilities included but it’s another $200 for either room if you work from home. Single occupancy only.

I’m the homeowner, 51M recently divorced. No kids or pets. Former engineer, business owner, work outside of the house M-F mostly home in evenings and weekends. Very quiet and spend most of my time in the master which runs the entire length of the house upstairs. It would only be us in the house. Open to being social, dinner, drinks, etc. if we vibe. Don’t smoke or do drugs of any kind. Temporary job assignment, travel nurse, military, wandering minstrel, etc. Prefer shorter more than longer term but open to anything over time. Don’t care if you’re male or female as long as you respect the property and neighborhood.
