I am looking for a fun, dependable & respectable person who is highly responsible and will pay their rent on time. I have a beautiful 2-story 2,200 sq ft furnished home that is located directly across from the Anderson Dean Community Park. The furnished master bedroom is available for rent. You will also have use of a separate full bathroom w/jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. There is a sliding door which leads out to the deck. You will also have access to high speed wireless internet, laundry room w/washer&dryer, kitchen access and semi-furnished main living area. I pay the monthly mortgage. Utilities/services not included in rent. Non-smoker and no pets please. I will require a rental application with references and a criminal background/credit check.
