I’m a single professional male looking for a responsible kid and pet free working, responsible, reliable adult (sorry no couples or cohabitants) to share my 3 bedroom townhouse in Littleton . Gender does not matter. Just be a good person!

The home will become available Friday June 3 and I prefer a one year lease agreement however negotiable. Month-to-month would require additional monthly rental fee.

Open floor plan is perfect for modern living with spacious island kitchen, dining area and large living room with fireplace, wooden floors and designer touches.

You will occupy an unfurnished one bedroom with closet along with your own unattached bathroom. I provide laundry in unit, internet, water, electricity and weekly trash removal. The property also has an attached 2-car garage that you may have access to.

I require $100 refundable deposit at end of lease term.

I am a single career driven 43 year old male. I don’t party, do drugs and rarely will I ever host company or a house party with friends. I tend to be very tidy in my home space and expect the same. Smoking is allowed only outdoors this includes vaping of any sort.
