Casey's room

The house is in Centennial Lakes off Hwy 92 near Priest Road. The room for rent is the only bedroom on the first floor and there is a bathroom right next to it that no one else uses. All other first floor spaces are common areas: living room, dining area, kitchen, & gym. There is also a small front porch, screened-in back porch with a grill, and an outdoor firepit that you can use.

All utilities are included: internet, gas, water, electricity, & trash. You may also get a card to go to the pool for no extra fee. The washer and dryer are in the laundry room upstairs that you can use. I will rent 6 months, but prefer a one-year lease.

All our bedrooms & bathrooms are upstairs.

I am 37. I work from home 8-5 & my office is directly above the rental room, but do not usually go in my office after 5 p.m. I love to read, so I spend a lot of time in my room in my reading nook. 😊

My son is 17 & his room is above the gym (used to be the formal dining room). He loves video games & playing guitar. He’s in school & the band, a DCI band, works part-time, & goes to a gym every day, so he spends a lot of time away from home.

My other roommate is in his early 20’s & currently travels for work frequently.

Their hang out space is in the landing upstairs when they are home & they both play guitar sometimes, but not after 10 p.m.

We have one seven-year-old, super sweet, very affectionate cat.
