The apartment suite features a number of personal conveniences to accommodate any lifestyle. This apartment features a large amount of space and an upgraded kitchen and bathroom, dishwashers, tons of closet space and much more. Located just nine miles from Downtown Cleveland, we are minutes from Fairmount Circle and Van Aken Market Hall, so you have access to plenty of shops and eateries.

We have a room available in a three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It’s a ten minute walk to JCU and rent is $475 without utilities (water and garbage included). It’s a private unfurnished room with a shared bathroom with one other person (female early 20s). One other person (female grad student early 20s) lives in the apartment (two current occupants). Both very clean and considerate and keep to themselves. Female roommates preferred.
