Luxury townhouse located in North County, in San Marcos. About a 1 minute drive from CSUSM, the room available is downstairs and has a bathroom immediately outside of the room, It is a 3 bed, 3 bath so the bathroom is all yours, it is just not connected. The room is near the kitchen. STOCK PHOTOS FROM ANDEN WEBSITE WERE INCLUDED, more than welcome to provide an in person tour or even a virtual tour. At the moment a current roommate is still moving out so I am unable to provide direct photos, however the stock photos look pretty much just like how it looks in person. Utilities and internet are not included in the rent price, Internet is $30 a month and utilities range to about $120 - $150 a person. Unfortunately there is not a dedicated parking spot available, but there is parking allowed right across the street light.

We are CSUSM students who are very quiet and spend most of our time in our rooms playing games or at work. We like to spend some time going on grocery trips or getting food as much as we can but for the most part it is a very quiet house. Since it is a townhouse and no connection to tenants above or below. It is dead quiet and has no noise from other people living nearby. One of us is allergic to Dogs and Cats so animals is not in our interest at the moment.
