This is my private home. The house is located on a cud-sac, with very quiet neighbors. Located less than 1 mile from 8N and 3 miles downtown Waterbury. I have two to three available rooms currently. There is a upper deck, with a great view of the outdoors, parking in the drive way. Fire place, finished basement, wood floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, large open kitchen with appliances and granite counter tops, and electric stove top. The house was built in 2008, so i would like to keep the house in pristine condition. Looking to rent to trustworthy, young or old professionals.
