I currently have a 2 bedroom apartment at Barclay Place and looking for a roommate to begin the new lease this June. The apartment has 2.5 baths, we each have a private en suite bathroom and then down stairs there is a half bath. The apartment is set up similar to a town house where the kitchen and living areas are down stairs and then up stairs is the 2 bedrooms and laundry area. Pets are welcome and i have 1 cat but she is okay with dogs 👍🏽 (just know that there’s a monthly pet fee added)
