About the room
Large unfurnished bedroom in a 5 bedroom home. The bathroom is shared but it is clean and large.
Plenty of parking, within minutes of Central Avenue and Gulfport. Ten minutes to Treasure Island, twelve to St. Pete Beach. Ten minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. Also near USF campus and a hospital. About 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport.
If you prefer furnished, we can work with you to make that happen. It’s in a friendly and quiet neighborhood right next to the new restaurant called Tacos My Love.
About the roomies
The homeowners are a middle-aged couple who live there. They are taking care of a disabled man who also lives there. The wife works full time, and the husband stays home and takes care of the elderly man.
Only 2 of the 5 bedrooms are occupied. Couple loves to cook and is happy to provide food if you don’t like to cook. If you do like to cook - kitchen is huge with plenty of space.
