Hey guys! 😊 I’m looking for a new roommate (My roommate is moving to Boston). The moving date would be Jun 1st. I love this apartment and have been living here for 3.5 years!

About the apartment: A beautifully structured bedroom located on the 4th floor of a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Tabor House, close to the DU campus (A 5-min walk). The apartment’s utilities are a pool, entertainment room, party room, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and a bodybuilding room.

Apartment policies (From the leasing office, NOT ME!):

• It is not pets allowed
• Smoke free
• You will have a rental application check with the leasing office (NOT ME); $37 fee
• Good rental history
• Having a job (Three times of unit rent, you need to provide a copy of last two paychecks to the office/job offer) OR being a graduate student

The Apartment is furnished (Your room will not have a bed). It has a scenic balcony and is saturated with natural sunlight at noon. You can either have the master or the smaller bedroom. Rent is $760/month for the master bedroom and $675/month for the smaller room. Utilities (Electricity & Internet) is $35-$40/month.

Parking (Optional):

• Street parking: Free
• Outside parking: $25/month
• Basement parking: $60/month
Laundry: Within each floor
