Sandy's room

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to rent a room in our 3bed/2bath house. Private room and bathroom. $1,166/month not including utilities. Utilities are typically about $125-$150 per month per person. My boyfriend and I share the master bedroom and we use the 3rd spare room as a workout/misc room. You would have full access to that room as well as the rest of the home. The house is about 1,600 square ft. and has a large backyard with a sunroom. Absolutely no pets, my bf is very allergic.

My partner and I have been together for over 8 years, been living together for 4+ years. I work full time but have a hybrid in-office/work from home schedule. My bf is a musician/producer who has a home studio in the garage. He is very respectful of noise, however, if you work from home and need quiet during the day, this probably would not be a good fit. He is in a touring band and we both travel often. When we’re not traveling, we spend a lot of time at home so we are looking for a roommate who is nice, clean and easy to get along with. When at home, we like to cook, watch movies/sports, listen to music, relax in the backyard and occasionally host our friends & family for dinner or game nights. We are in our late 20’s, love animals (but don’t have any pets), and of course, love music.
