Hopkins Street

I am looking for the right person to share my 2-story duplex with. Please read the listing and tell me about yourself. My home has a spacious kitchen and living room and the available room is large, (12x 14) sunny and has 2 large closets. It has many conveniences as well. It has off-street parking, a washer, and dryer, dishwasher, and is close to stores and BART, and buses. I am quite independent but like to have a warm and friendly home environment. The neighborhood. The home is on a busy street so if you need quiet this is not the place for you. The bedroom is on the busy street. At night it is pretty quiet and has double-paned windows but during the day it is a busy street. It is close to Whole Foods, Monterey Market, REI, and Fourth Street so it is a nice place to live.

Me: Woman, 50’s, a therapist who works at my Oakland office Tuesday-Friday. I am an artist so you will see my pieces on the walls around the house. I love the huge garden full of birds drinking from the birdbath and the occasional squirrel running around. For some years I plant vegetables. I continue to take COVID seriously and wear a mask to the grocery store.
