Hi, I’m looking for one girl roommate ASAP to sign a 2/2 lease with me at my current community in Delray Beach, as my current lease is up on July 21st. The new unit has a base rent of $2,574 + $30/monthly technology fee + community mandated renters insurance (typically $13 - $20 monthly) + utilities (electricity, water + trash + sewage & wifi) with easy access to the Ave & only 15 - 20 mins away from Boca & 30 mins from West Palm Beach & both rooms are master bedrooms. The security deposit is dependent on our collective credit, so it could be up to $500 total ($250 each). Only looking for female roommates, preferably in their mid- to late 20s. The photos are screenshots from videos I took of the unit, for which I can also send over the videos to you.

I work from home in Public Relations, so I’m typically at home throughout the week. I enjoy going to the gym, hanging out with friends & family, going to the beach or pool, reading or simply hanging out home watching a movie or something. I’m not a partier & only drink on occasion. I don’t smoke or do any drugs & don’t have any pets. I like to keep the common areas clean & tidy.
