West Franklin Street

The house is in Hyde Park near Boise High School, it is one house with three separate units. The unit I reside in is two bedrooms two full bathrooms. It is two stories, laundry is located in the upstairs bathroom along with the two bedrooms. Downstairs we have a kitchen and the living space. The unit is about 1,000 sq ft with backyard space as well as parking in the back along with street parking. The only utilities we pay are electric and the wifi. Dogs are allowed in the unit with a pet deposit fee, however, the space is mostly carpeted and the back yard is not fenced in so the unit might be suited better for someone with no animals.

I am looking for just one roommate to fill this room so there will be two of us in the unit. I am a 2020 Boise State graduate and I now work for the university. I previously was on the cheer team for Boise State and I am currently working on my Master’s Degree as well. I am a clean person who enjoys outdoor activities and hanging out with friends probably at a local brewery. I am 24 years old and looking for a female roommate around the same age, I am fun, bubbly, kind, and respectful. I would love to meet up for coffee and a house tour for those who are interested!
