About the room
I need to find a roommate ASAP. Move in date June 1st. 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Laundry on site. You will need to complete an application at Seltzer. Total rent is 1,365 - gas, electricity, and internet are separate so approx. 720-750 each a month. I’m fine with non-sketch people over, just clean your messes, no pets- I’m gone a lot of the time. $1,025 security deposit up front.
About the roomies
I have my B.A. degree in education and work m-f from 8 to 4. I work hard and mind my own business. As long as you’re cleaning up after yourself, we should be good. I do have kickbacks every once in a while with friends over and music downstairs but nothing crazy.
