No pets allowed. You will have to fill out an application for the landlord with a 50$ fee for the background check. We can talk about splitting utilities and bills once you move in.

I’m social and enjoy company, I love to paint, I’m a photographer, I love cooking and I love going out and sharing a drink. I’m clean and responsible. I always pay my bills. I work 3-4 days a week, 12 hour shifts both day and night shifts.
