Note: Move-in date is flexible

This posting is for the secondary bedroom which has a bathroom right next door (this can be yours! I’ll be using the one upstairs). If needed, the room can also come furnished. The basement, main landing (family room / kitchen) would all be shared space between us. There is a washer/dryer in the unit so you don’t have to worry about going to a laundromat!

I’m looking to have someone move in as soon as possible so please reach out with any questions!

Hello! My name is Christine ~ During the day I work remotely for a software company, and during my downtime, you can find me playing volleyball, cooking/baking a new recipe, or catching up with friends at a board game night. I’m a pretty chill roommate – happy to have roomie hangouts/explore CO, but I would also respect if you want to have your alone time (cause I like that too sometimes hah).

I have a wonderful little kitty named Pixel that will be living with us. She is hypoallergenic (I’m allergic and have no issues with her at all), and she’s basically a cat-dog. She loves to play, snuggle, and watch the birds out the windows.
