About the room
We are a very busy family of 5 looking for a roommate. You will have your own room and full bathroom. The rent is $950 (negotiable) which includes all the utilities, wifi, use of our washer and dryer. The room is downstairs and very private.
About the roomies
We are looking for someone that cleans up after themselves, pays their rent on time, ok with dogs, and is respectful of our home. Not looking for freeloaders or irresponsible adults. We have 3 boys so must be ok with kids. We keep to ourselves so you won’t have to worry about being bothered.
