Private bedroom partially furnished with tall dresser and bedside table (just bring your bed and any other items you like.) Main bathroom would be yours and is all set up already. All common areas already furnished.

Gated community with nice amenities Has W/D in unit. On-site fitness center, two pools, jacuzzi. Just remodeled inside—we’d be first to live in unit after renovations. Nice finishes. No carpet. I currently use the assigned covered space but there is ample uncovered parking throughout the complex. First floor unit.

Listed rent amount includes all utilities in my name including high speed Internet, all the streaming services you can think of, water/sewer/trash, and of course electric.

No current pets but I love animals and complex is pet friendly. We could discuss if you have a furry friend (apartment has some dog breed restrictions).

I’m 19 years old. Straight make but LGBTQ friendly. I’ve roomed with males and females in the past so any gender is fine by me. Employed full time in the restaurant industry making decent money. I work 6 days a week and can pick up Qwick app shifts on the side if needed, so making rent is never an issue for me. I have great credit. Ample savings. Reliable transportation and a great work ethic. I’m clean, respectful and outgoing. I’m not personally a drinker but I am 420 friendly (NO other drugs though). Like to keep common areas neat. Having friends over is no issue as long as they are respectful. Want someone who is nice and vibes well with me. Would love my roommate to be a real friend admirer we get to know each other but I will also respect your space.

I’m fully COVID vaccinated with booster if that matters to you. No vaccination status required from you though.

Already signed a 1 year lease that started at the end of April so the place is ready and secured. Just need a person to share expenses. Prefer a single person but may consider a couple. Sorry, no kids. I’ve had several potential roommates flake out, so I’m hoping to have someone truly reliable by June 1st at the very latest. No deposit but need rent in hand to secure the place and sone proof of employment/income history. Can prorate total if you move in during May, which is preferable.
