Noah's room

(Cat Friendly if needed) Upstairs is 1 large bedroom, set up as a studio, having its own entrance. The stairs up separate the room a bit, so you can have half be the “bedroom” and the other side with a couch/desk area. There is no kitchen, but most appliances with auto shut off are allowed. It also has 2 big closets, and a private, good sized full bathroom. Street parking available in front of the house, its on a very quiet road (no body drives through unless you live there), it is a short walk to the beach, and not too far from downtown Lindenhurst. (Shed or basement storage space available upon request)

First floor bedroom also available, renting this bedroom would entail sharing the house space with my wife and I. Private bedroom, shared living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen with us. Unfinished basement allows for storage if needed. We also have a cat, so must be ok with that. Master bedroom is well separated from the front bedroom so no noise issue at night.

My wife and I live on the first floor of the house, with our cat! Sound does not travel much between the two floors.
