I’m active military and have a steady income. seeking a working roommate without financial issues aswell to share a beautiful 2bed 2 bath on the 5th floor Unit does not have A/C; however, with windows open the breeze is amazing, never had any issue last year and half without A/C

The room is private with your own bathroom, rent is $1000 plus half elec bill. all other utilities and internet are included.
