Ashley's room

This posting is for two different rooms… one is 925 and the other is 825 both are decent sizes. There is a deck and a decent-sized kitchen! You will have your own room! this is a room in a 4br apartment! two people already live here. There is already a cat who lives here but another is welcome if it is clean and well trained!! The place is in Brookline… perfect for a grad student. There are bus stops and plenty of walking parks nearby. If you have a car, you can park in the front during the day but the city of Brookline does not allow parking more than two hours overnight so you have to park at a nearby park that’s only like a 10 min walk. It’s pretty quiet and the landlord is chill. You can do whatever you want with your room he really doesn’t care lol

Myself and my roommate who will be here have both been here for the past year. We are both females in grad school and both 420-friendly. We aren’t home very often due to demanding schedules but there is no loud noises and please…. NO DRAMA! Friends are okay but not alllll the time if you know what I mean lol. I am a highly spiritual person so it would be cool if you are too. We are both LGBTQIA+ Friendly and would love it if our other roommates are as well… We are both black and socially conscious. Please be a clean and respectful person! We would prefer female roommates only!
