Our apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bath in the Emerald Pointe Complex in M section with a cute little patio. It’s on the first floor, and very close to the parking lot. Some of the complex facilities include a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts. In home we have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The dining room and living room are both furnished. We’d like to confirm a roommate to start the application process by June 15th, and rent and security are required upon move in. Bills are due throughout the second and third week of each month, and rent is due on the 31st.

Utilities are split evenly and each persons portion is usually as follows:

Water: >$40 Wifi: >$18 PGE: >$70 Washer/Dryer Rental: >$18

To move in we’ll need first month’s rent and a portion of the security deposit. The apartment complex management will also have to walk you through completing the application process, there is an application fee and there may be a fee to update the lease but overall it’s fairly simple.

We believe in taking equal responsibility for our home, open and active communication, and collaboration. We have a weekly chore cycle to evenly distribute household responsibilities, and love to plan cute dinners and bake together. I love to make art and definitely consider myself a creative and am a Peer Support Specialist, and my roommate is in STEM - but I’ll leave her to fully introduce herself. We can be a bit rowdy at times and love to get a little wild and let loose, but we’re also very dedicated to our studies, personal lives and deeply value our peaceful moments. I’m super passionate about harm reduction and community collaboration to uplift one another, so if you’re super into all of that good stuff too you’d probably be a great match :)
