2 furnished rooms including mini fridge and TV for rent. Each room has a private bathroom, in a 4 bedroom home, internet and TV, washer and dryer, full kitchen, living, dining areas with enclosed patio and pool, driveway parking, located in a very quiet and private neighborhood. All amenities nearby, 30 minutes from Disney, walking trail across the road as well as a park, 2 minutes drive to US27, 10 minutes to the Turnpike, 10 minute walk to Walmart, 15 minutes walk to strip mall with most shopping stores and restaurants, 10 minute drive to South Lake Hospital and other medical facilities, all major banks, Publix, pharmacies, Lowes, Home Depot, restaurants, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and access to all kitchenware including pots, pans, silverware etc. Females only, professionals and students welcome. No pets, no smoking and must be very clean.

Hello, we have a very nice centralized 4 bedroom home with a pool. We are renting 2 furnished bedrooms that include mini fridge and TV in each. Only 2 people live here. We have respect for others and their space and expect the same in return. We are very clean and interested in persons who are too. We have allergies so can’t have pets or smokers.
