Rent is 675.00 (includes ALL utilities/wifi/direct tv). Security deposit is 350. This is a shared bathroom . Washer/dryer on premises. A little about the household ( must be an animal lover we have small dogs & cats). If you have a cat, then we will welcome your cat ( pet deposit required ). We have a LARGE garden, so if you like gardening then that is a plus!
