Young married professionals seeking roommate. We have 1 room to rent in our new build home in Maineville/Hamilton Township, OH. The community is minutes away from the Loveland bike trail across the street from Valley Vineyards. Space includes a private bedroom, a private full bath, and access to your own living area. The room is located in the finished walkout basement. It is furnished with a bed, dresser, and has a closet. The basement living room is also furnished. We will occasionally need access to the storage area in the basement. All utilities are included in the rent. Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, second living room, washer/dryer, and kitchen. You will also have access to the community clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least six months and no smoking. We have 2 very friendly small dogs and would prefer no additional pets.
