Hi!! I am renting one spacious master bedroom! The house is in Martinez, near Walmart, less than 7 mins driving to DVC. You will have your own bedroom and full bathroom inside of your room. Utility is included (water, PG&E and Wifi). You will also have your own assigned parking spot! (This is only for you). Living area and Kitchen will be shared with us. Sorry no pet allowed (We already have one lovely Beagle) You must be ok living with a small dog. Laundry is inside house. No smoking, No party and No overnight guests. We are pretty easygoing couple, working professionals. We want someone who is reasonable and paying rent on time. Month to Month Lease.
