Haven's room

Hi I am needing to move unexpectedly and looking for someone to take over the lease of my room from June 1st to September 30th (dates are flexible but looking for no later if possible) This room will be available to resign for the next year as well if you so choose. 4 bed 2 bath, pet friendly (with approval), fenced backyard, driveway and street parking. House is located 2 blocks from broadway and 3 mins from seawall, 10 min or less driving distance to UTMB, and TAMUG. 2 male, 1 female, 2 dogs and 1 cat, TAMUG students currently living in house. The room available is upstairs sharing a hallway bathroom with the 2 male roommates. You would have a shared furnished living room ,kitchen space, pantry and washer/dryer. Rent is $466 plus utilities ranging around $60-80, monthly lawn care around $7. The two males upstairs you would be sharing a bathroom with are students at TAMUG and into gaming, music, frisbee, 420 friendly, have 1 cat who is in the common spaces downstairs usually but occasionally upstairs. There is 1 female downstairs who has her own bedroom and private bathroom. She is a student at TAMUG as well and will only be staying till the end of the current lease ending in September. She has two medium to large dogs that stay in her room.
