I have a room for rent, the house is located less than 1/2 mile from YRMC in Prescott. I am a medical professional, and my tenant is an engineering student at Embry Riddle. The house is very clean and quiet. Brand new washer and dryer, off street parking, and a large yard. Utilities are split 3 ways, not to exceed $100 per month. Looking for the right fit that will be a great addition to our living situation. Available 3/1/2024. Looking for someone who is employed, responsible, quiet, respectful, drug free, and who can pass a criminal background check and credit check. First month’s rent and deposit due at lease signing ($800 rent, $800 deposit, $1,600 total). Deposit will be refunded after vacating when lease is ended and room is left clean with no damage.

Things that are non negotiable: No smoking (Including weed/vaping) No drugs No pets
