Fulton Street

I have two rooms to fill in my current location by June 1st. Here’s the scoop: The apartment is located off the corner of Bedford Ave. and Fulton St. off of the Nostrand A C train and a quick walk down to the Bedford-Nostrand G. I live all the way at the top on the third floor. My current roommates are moving out and I need to fill to rooms. There are three different room types but all suitable for a queen size bed: one room is larger with windows, one smaller with windows, and one is of similar size but with no windows. I would be moving into the larger window room, however we can split out rent compromisingly - basically it’s flexible… and I am open to a pet around, but only they are a good roommate too!

I don’t feel the pictures do full justice in terms of illuminating on the space. This is actually a pretty great deal within the current market. For this price we get a big living room space, a dishwasher in our kitchen, and even an extra small office room that is currently storage, but we can easily morph it this lease term into an at home gym/art studio/maker space. Open to molding this place into a new home with you.

This is for a full year lease starting June 1st. Move in may be flexible - let’s chat. First month plus security and the usual documents will be needed for approval by the landlord.

I am a 24 year old male. I am a full time worker but in my past time (and foremostly in spirit) a mixed media artist. I currently work as a metal finisher/plater and work with some of the coolest cutting edge space exploration technology. It’s full time, away from home, and I have a busy schedule and an early morning wakeup.

That being said, I am open to all kinds of people studying and or working. I’m really hoping to find people that understand how to contribute to a home in a way that makes everyone’s day to day as simple as possible. I’m pretty lenient as long as you understand how to be considerate and have communal sensibility. If you are working full time as well, then you and I will definitely be on the same wavelength about balancing responsibilities in the home.

Some more about me… In my free time, I like to listen to music, make art on and off the computer, hack electronics, make music and sound art - all over the place.
